Will this create duplicate contacts?

No — we check for existing contacts by phone number and email before creating new records. Matching contacts are updated in place.

Can I trigger HubSpot sequences from AI call outcomes?

Yes. Call outcomes are posted to HubSpot contact properties, which can be used as workflow enrollment triggers for any sequence.
